We share personal information only with trusted service providers (“Operators”) who process it on our behalf under data-processing agreements — including the cpd2succeed platform operator, Accounter (Pty) Ltd, and its sub-processors for hosting, payments, email, and video delivery. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Cross-border transfers
Your personal information may be transferred or stored outside South Africa (e.g. cloud hosting, global support systems). When this occurs, we ensure that the receiving country or organisation provides adequate data protection, that contracts and safeguards (DPAs, model clauses) are in place, or that you consent to such transfers when necessary.

If a security breach occurs that may compromise your personal information, we will investigate the breach promptly, notify the Information Regulator where required, and inform affected individuals as soon as reasonably possible — including details of the nature of the breach, its possible consequences, the steps you can take to protect yourself, and what CPDtv is doing to address the situation.

13. PAIA (Promotion of Access to Information Act)
If applicable, our PAIA Manual is available on request or on our website. It outlines how to request records, the applicable procedures, and the applicable forms and timelines.
